I'm wondering if when coding procedure injections 95115 or 95117,if the nurse documents pre and post administration assessment.Documenting the time in between, I ask because staff is responsible should any reaction occur within typically that 20 minute .
I'm wondering when the details are documented would it be appropriate to add a 99211

No you cannot charge a 99211 when a patient comes in for a scheduled activity. also everything that was performed is a part of giving the injection .
