I have a question regarding the following CPT codes that have been been denied due to place of service 22.:
91200--Liver elastography, mechanically induced shear wave (eg, vibration), without imaging, with interpretation and report
95044--Patch or application test(s)
95117--Professional services for allergen immunotherapy not including provision of allergenic extracts
95165--antigens for allergen immunotherapy; single or multiple antigens
denials from Horizon due to invalid place of service--we are receiving a lot of these denials.
Is there any way to resolve/correct these denials for reimbursement/payment?...i.e. are there any replacement CPT codes for CPT 91200, 95044, 95117 and 95165 that are compatible with place of service 22?
