Hi All,
I'm new to allergy coding and was wondering how to code the following:
Provider Documentation:
Skin testing was performed and she was found to be negative to FS Pneumovax with good positive and negative controls.
She then tested negatively to ID pneumovax at 1:100 with good positive and negative controls. She was then challenged with pneumovax 0.05 ml of a 1:10 dilution and was negative. She then completed a graded challenge of Pneumovax, FS and was negative.
Would it be 95018 x3. Do we report 90732 (Pneumococcal Vaccine)?
Thanks for your help.
Jo
