Does any know how to code this scenario?

1. Ultrasound-guided access to the right femoral arteries;
2. Right iliofemoral arteriography;
3. Bilateral T11 subselective segmental artery angiography;
4. Bilateral T12 subselective segmental artery angiography;
5. Bilateral L1 subselective segmental artery angiography;
6. Bilateral L2 subselective segmental artery angiography;
7. Bilateral L-3 subselective segmental artery angiography;
8. Bilateral L4 subselective segmental artery angiography;
9. Coil embolization of left L3 segmental artery.

I found the following codes for spinal angiograms but I am not too sure:

75710
75705
36215
36245
75726

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. I am not too familiar with spinal angiograms.

Thanks!

spinal angio coding

for the thoracic selective catheterizations use 36215 for each; use 36245 for lumbar each selective catheterization; embolization 61624 and the S&I codes that cross walk
61624-primary procedure code
36215
36215XS x 3 units
36245XS x 8 units
75894-26
75898-26

you would normally code 75705-26 for each selective spinal catheterization so for this one it would be 12 units but since the surgeon performed an embolization the 75894 and 75898 bundle 75705. you do not code for iliofemoral as it is considered incidental to the procedure.
