Wiki After hours consult at Pediatrician office

I work for an ENT and she was called out after hours to a pediatrician office to do a consult on a child. The pediatrician saw this patient after hours in his office and called for a consult by ENT and she met the patient at the pediatricians office. How do we bill for this consult?
