If a patient calls the provider over the weekend when the clinic is not opened complaining of sore throat, fever and chills (the entire household has strep) and the provider calls in prescriptions for the patient, can this be billed? If so, how?

you bill a telephone call 99441-99443 for the time on the phone with the patient as long as it is over 5 minutes and there is no visit with the patient within 24 hours of the call nor a visit planned during the call as a follow up.
