I am in NC and we are seeing our Aetna MCR Advantage claims being denied when patient is in an outpatient status waiting for a bed or transfer. They may be there a couple of days and my provider will see them daily. Would anyone have any updated information on this and where I may find it? We are billing 99213 with POS 22 because it is a Medicare policy. Thank you!

I had posted yesterday that our 99213/99214 with POS 11 are denying for a LCD L39266 for Aetna Medicare, which does not pertain to us, so I'm wondering if this a total "glitch" in Aetna Medicare system.
