My doc admitted patient from ER to hospital #1, ordered mri, aspiration,cultures......
it was later discovered that this particular hospital is out of network for patient, so my doc
moved him to hospital #2 and admitted him there next day, and then surgery the day after that.

I am not sure how to code admit ? Do I bill both admits?
