Wiki Administration of the drug at the doctor's office

Provider in inquiring if he can bill for drug administration at the office. Example: application of the topical compound to the fungus-affected area. What CPT/HCPCs can he use?

I would not bill administration for applying a topical ointment and would consider it bundled in to any E/M that led to the treatment.
