Wiki adjuvant ca therapy

A patient receiving no treatment for malignancy is coded with the "V" history-of codes, but what if a patient is receiving adjuvant therapy, e.g. Tamoxifen? Is this considered treatment for a malignancy and therefore coded with the cancer codes?

Adjunctive therapy still treats the cancer so you code it as active
