My supervisor is looking for advice on how to code the following:
Release of adhesions and removal of spurs PIP joint IF middle finger, removal of hypertrophic spurs MCP joint finger...

Right now she is looking at CPT 26210 but wasn't sure if there was a better code to use.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
