There are a few GY is one i.e 99397-GY
Other Modifiers would not apply i.e 25, 59, etc

we use a 25 on the preventive level when injections such as vaccines are given at the prevent exam.

Yes, you can add certain modifiers to preventive exam based on your documentation.
25 modifier
GV modifier
GW modifier
GY modifier.
