Wiki Acl shrinkage/debridement

An acl shrinkage and debridement of the partial torn acl was done using an oratek wand for laxity. I know an unlisted code of 29999 is used for this type of procedure since there is not one specific.

My question is does anyone know what to charge for this unlisted code?
