I need help with a code selection for a redo ACL reconstruction. Because of loss of fixation (broken screw on initial reconstruction) four days after initial procedure, the surgeon went back and removed the screw, and did "re-fixation proximal with a toggle lock." Operative report says "The screw was in the intercondylar notch. It was removed. Using a toggle lock system, the previous graft was pulled into place in the previous femoral tunnel and secured at least 20-23 mm of soft tissue proximally and over 20 distally. This is a 4 strand ACL graft. It secured this nicely. It was tied distally over a button."
