Answering for a Pre-Cert:
Right knee arthroscopic ACL and PCL reconstruction with allograft and internal brace, open posterolateral corner repair VS reconstruction with allograft and internal brace.
For the Open repair, I am wanting to use 27428? is 27427 correct or 27428?

For the posterolateral corner repair or reconstruction you will want codes 27405 & 27427. 27405 is for a repair, 27427 is for reconstruction. PLC is an extra-articular ligament. FYI these will bundle with arthroscopic ACL.
