Hello I am hoping someone will help me with this, I have a question reguarding arthroscopic ACL repairs when the physician harvests the semitendinosis and gracilis tendons, some people are saying not to report 20924 with 29888 since the code 20924 says grafts from a distance and some dont consider these grafts to be "from a distance". However the AMA has an article reguarding PCL repairs that states that when there is documentation that these two tendons are harvested that 20924 should be reported, wouldnt the same rule apply to 29888?
