Hello all,
Op note reads:
Via SCOPE
The ACL showed some strands of fibers on the anterior aspect of the ACL graft (placed 2 yrs ago) that were no longer connected to the remainder of the graft. This was debrided with shaver to prevent any cyclops lesion or impingement. The remainder of the graft was plapated and felt to be stable.
Then goes a distal tibial screw, which is quite prominent from th prior ACL and painful. An INCISION was made over prior incision and screw in the tibial tunnel was removed.
still bill 29999 w/ 20680?
Thanks!
