Wiki ACL debridment with Menisectomy?

New to Ortho coding:

Is an ACL debridment separately reportable with a Medial menisectomy?

"Using a basket and shaver, the meniscus was trimmed down to healthy meniscal tissue with a smooth transition bwtn the posterior and med portions fo the meniscus.

Majority of the posterior portion of 1/3 of the meniscus had to be removed.

Attention was directed to the ACL, which was avulsed from teh femoral attachment. Because it was a planned staged procedure the, stump of the ACL was debrided with a shaver"

ACL debridement is unlisted 29999. But since it's comparison code is 29877 (Chondroplasty) I would not report as chondroplasty is inclusive with 29881.
