I need help coding this surgery

1. Debridement of Achilles tendon attachment, right calcaneus
2. Exostectomy of posterior calcaneal process, right calcaneus
3. Transfer of flexor hallucis longus tendon to the area of the Achilles insertion, right heel
4. Reattachment of the right Achilles tendon to its calcaneal attachment

PLEASE HELP ME with cpt codes!!!!!!
