Hello, any help w/ this op note is appreciated!!

Patient had previous surgery 2-4 weeks ago for Achilles tendon tear. The pt did well, but 2 days ago the was a partial dehiscence of the wound w/ no evidence of infecion. Two days later she was taken to the OR. "Examination showed erythema of the leg from the mid calf dow to above the heel, w/ mild swelling, but no drainage. The sutures were removed and the skin opened up easily showing a disruptin or dehiscence of the primary repair of the Achilles tendon and necrosis and softening of teh tendon graft. All the foreign material including tendon and suture were removed. The end of the Achilles tendon was debrided back a little bit to fresh tendon, and the would was thoroughly irrigated. The proximal end of the Achilles was tacked down to the deeper layer using 1 suture to prevent shortening of the tendon, and the skin was partially closed.

I am thinking 10180??? any other suggestions??

thanks!!
Sherry
