Pre-op dx: 1.Herniated disc at C-5-C6 with cervical radiculopathy
Post-op dx: same as above
Procedure performed:
Bone marrow aspiration, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with a PEEK cage and bone grafting as well as a plate and two screws as anterior
