Wiki ACDF allowed in ASC but not instrumentation

If the ACDF (22551) is now allowed in an ASC but the instrumentation (22845) is not, how should we be billing if these are done in ASC setting?

This is being billed to Medicare? If so there is no way for the 22845 to be billed as it is listed still as an inpatient only procedure as it still maintains its status indicator of C.
