Wiki aborted colonoscopy vs flex sig

Patient was prepped for a colonoscopy, patient was sedated and the doctor wasn't able to get past the sigmoid colon. Normally we would bill 45378-53 but he removed a polyp while in the sigmoid. Does that change the coding to flex sig w/polypectomy? Thanks in advance

We still bill the proper colonoscopy code with the modifier.
