Wiki Abnormal Paps and the Global pregnancy packag

Hi All,

I have a pregnant patient that is being seen by the OB for an abnormal pap. He discusses the findings with the patient and schedules her for a colposcopy. He wants to bill 99213 for this - is this acceptable?
