I am looking for details of the ABN usage when a patient has Medicare Part c Plans. The MLN information is a little confusing to our management. Can someone explain if an ABN form or the likes of one can be used and the patient billed for non covered services?

Check with the HMO. They have different policies/procedures than regular Medicare does.
