Wiki Abdominal Aortic US 76705 vs 93978

Can someone shed some light on this for me? I am being advised to use 76705 for an abdominal aortic duplex scan. I would have coded this as 93978 if I was instructed otherwise.. I could definitely be wrong, so I'm wondering how you would code this test? Test attached..
