Which would you give credit for on this sentence:

'Bowel sounds normal. Soft, non-distended, and no tenderness.'​

Would this be an Abdomen body area exam, or GI Organ System (since bowel sounds were mentioned)?

I would say that is clearly GI because of "bowel sounds", "non-distended", and "no tenderness"
