Wiki AAA Endograft repair billed as co-surgery

Does anyone have any experience billing these repairs? In the last 3 years that I have been with this practice, we bill these repairs with the 2nd surgeon as an assistant. However I have seen documentation in several places listing this as a co-surgery and really after hearing the description from the surgeons it definitely sounds like more than just assisting. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
