In billing bilateral compressions...do you bill A6534-LT and A6534-RT or A6534-50...since the 50 modifier is for "procedures." ? I assume it is the LT and RT location modifiers.
 
Stockings

I dunno if you found your answer but we deal with stockings alot. For thigh-hi, or calf length compression each stocking is 1 unit. If you are (most likely yes) billing for a pair, we bill as 2 units, same claim line with RTLTAW. If the stocking is panty, that is only 1 unit.
