26123 and 26055 A1 trigger release and dupuytren's contracture same finger

My doctor performed right small finger Dupuyren's partial palmar fasciectomy and PIP joint contracture release as well as A1 trigger release. He wants to bill 26123 (Fasciectomy, partial palmar with release of single digit including proximal interphalangeal joint) and 26055 (Tendon sheath incision eg, for trigger finger)

Can these codes be billed together for the same finger? The diagnoses are: Right small finger Dupuytren's contracture and right small finger PIP joint contracture with A1 trigger.

Op Report Reads:

Description of Procedure: A volar Brunner incision was made for the proximal portion of the palpable cord and the palm out just distal to the PIP joint. proximal end of cord was transected to allow some extension of MP joint. Dissection was carried out distally with protection of the neurovascular bundles with Ragnell retractors. The cord was released all the way to the middle phalanx. Th PIP joint was released. This allowed full extension passively of the small finger. Th A1 pulley was also openly incision with sharp dissection. No nodules were noted on the tendon. The wound was copiously irrigated with sterile saline solution. the tourniquet was taken down. Hemostasis was achieved with elevation an direct pressure the wound was closed with 5-0 chromic suture in simple interrupted fashion with triple antibiotic ointment coating.

Thank you
