In the past I have coded this as 27438. I have a new physician with the
group that is stating it should be 27442 and 27438-59.
So now I am wondering about this.
Anyone have any input on which is correct ? Thank you

I used 27438-22. Some use Unlisted but you need to check payer policies before as I believe some don't pay.
