Wiki 99421-99423 billing date

For the 99421-99423 codes, are we suppose to claim by the start date or end date (the 7th date) on the claim?

If possible please provide source of this answer.

According to this AAPC Article, services spanning more than one day is billed on the last day. Which makes sense, because you have to add up the minutes over the 7 day period. After 7 days, a new period starts.
