Wiki 99420 - I have been away

I have been away from coding Peds for some time now and just back into it. When the doctor screens the mother of a newborn for postpartium depression I have read where he can charge a 99420, but with what diagnosis code.
V20.31 or is there a special diagnosis code. I appreciate the help.
