Hi All!

I need some help... so as an internal medicine office our Doctors bill for Care Plan Certifications & Recertifications..

codes

G0180 or 99375 certifications
G0179 or 99374 recertifications

We recently have been receiving denials from any BCBS plan, we aren't getting paid for them. Can anyone relate to this or have any suggestions on what we can do to receive payment? Most other insurances we bill pay for them but we are continuing to have a problem with BCBS..

they will pay for the home health pts, but I have them wanting to charge while pt is inpatient.
