Hello,
I'm thinking that it would be fine to bill a 99211 when patient was seen by MD who ordered ear drops and request for patient to return to office for an ear lavage.
I understand that 69210 will be billed only when the physician uses instrumentation to remove impacted cerumen if nurse performs lavage it is included in E/M.
In order to get compensated for the staffs time when the patients return to the office for an ear lavage I think in this instance 99211 can be billed.
Any thoughts?![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
