Wiki 99211 and Gardasil

Looking for input on the proper billing when a patient comes in for a Gardasil injection. Are you able to bill the low level 99211 for this?? Are the time requirements met in order to do so??

If it is a planned injection you bill the injection administration and not a 99211.
