Wiki 99152 Not on MA Fee Schedule

Our practice bills a 99152 (conscious sedation) for procedures, but we found out that is not on the PA MA Fee Schedule, therefore no Medicaid plan will pay for this code. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is there another code that can be billed to an MA plan?

We are also facing payment issues with Conscious sedation codes. Insurance is denying conscious sedation codes when we bill them with endoscopy codes.
