Does anyone know what insurances will pay for this service? My PCP has many patients drop off urine samples which we transfer to a Laboratory. This has been done at NO Charge for 10 years by this physician. Helpful hints please..........I'm in Massachusetts.

Is your office incurring a cost with this transfer? If so, then yes you can bill 99000. If a lab currier is just picking the specimen up, then no. Also, I doubt it will be reimbursed very often if at all. We haven't had success with payment on that service.
