My NPP and physician want to start a support group for our IBD patients. An occuational therapist will head the group but according to her with the NPP present they can include additional patients into the group.
My NPP wants to bill for the services and I'm thinking it would fall under the classification of education and training for patient self-management (CPT 98960-98962).
I'm unable to locate any specific billing information for these codes and whether or not these would be correct for this type of service.
