So I keep getting denials pretty much every time I use this code and it's for invalid modifiers????? All I'm putting is RT/LT. I'm getting so sick of these denials but nobody can give me an answer on what I'm SUPPOSED to be doing....

I wouldn't use laterality modifiers on that code. Where the wound is doesn't seem to be as factor is using the code so I'm not sure why one would need to specify the side.

97605 does not require laterally modifiers, the code is based on total area not where the wound is located
