Wiki 97597 and the high pressure water jet

We are having a debate, does the 97597 ALWAYS include the waterjet? Or is this a debridement code for any sort of debridement that is not subque, with any instrument or tool?

"Debridement (eg, high pressure waterjet with/without suction, shrap selective debridement with scissors, scapel and forceps), open wound, (eg, fibrin, devitalized epidermis and/or dermis, exudate, debris, biofilm), including topical application(s), wound assessment, use of a whirlpool, when performed and instruction(s) for ongoing care, per session, total wound(s) suface area; first 20 sq cm or less"

Waterjet is just an example of an instrument that can be used for debridement. You'll notice that the description lists scissors, scalpel, and forceps as other examples.

E.G. is an abbreviation from the Latin exempli gratia which means "for example."
