Wiki 97022 Whirlpool

I am new to this practice (and podiatry) and they stated that they have never gotten paid by medicare for this service. The PFS says it pays (around) $22. Does anyone know why they wouldn't pay for it, or how bill for it correctly?

97022 is billed with a GP modifier and payment is diagnosis dependent.
