Here's one I just can't figure out. Please help! ![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
A patient saw the urologist who did a genitourinary exam and this line was also on the report -
Neuro: ambulatory, BCR normal.
It took me awhile to figure out that BCR is bulbocavernosus reflex which is a polysynaptic reflex. Apparently it is used to test the spinal nerves S2 and S4, but it also has to do with ejaculation problems.
Question - Does this count as a bullet anywhere in any exam for 97 guidelines? I can't seem to find anything about it, and this doctor notates BCR frequently.
Ideas? Thanks, Kim
