Quick question...Does anyone have any documentation from a creditable source in reference to the 97 Single System Exam - Musculoskeletal - specifically in reference to the number of times you can count bullets in each body area...

For example: Inspection/Palpation, ROM, Stability and Strength.

There is a conversation in reference to how many times each bullet can be counted per body area.

More specifically: The left hip demonstrates full active range of motion. There is no pain with internal and external range of motion. Left hip flexion approximates to 90 degrees of full extension

OR

Upon examination of the right shoulder region, forward flexion approximates to 165 to 170 degrees, extension is to 30 degrees. External rotation is to 15 to 20 degrees.

How many points would you give this and do you have any written documentation to back up your decision. Again this is only for the 97 Single System Exam - Musculoskeletal.

Thanks for any help you can provide!!!!
