Hello!

I am needing clarification regarding injections. If depo medrol and dexamethasone are mixed into the same syringe, how many admin codes can be billed? They are 2 different medications, but in one syringe

one syringe, one puncture, = 1 injection administered. It does not matter how many medications are in the syringe.

Yes; agreed. You can only charge one admin fee.
