Wiki 96160 Age Related?

I am getting denials for 96160 from a Mcd Hmo stating that this is not payable for pt's over the age of 20...Is anyone else getting this info or have any additional information re: this code?

Do you know where I could find that documentation?? I have searched everywhere. I just need that to provider to employer for the denials we are getting from the mcd hmo. Thank you so much!
