Yes. We use that for our asthma patients when the nurse instructs them on how to use nebs and inhalers. We are getting paid for this and usually use an asthma dx. On another forum you put 94644?? So i'm not sure which cpt you are actually interested in. We do not bill 94644. Hope that helps.

Thanks....yes 94644 is an error ....it should have been 94664

94664 we bill this code quite often.. normally with an asthma code 493.90/493.92 sometimes we bill it with acute bronchitis too 466.0 and it gets paid. We are internal medicine and see alot of asthma patients
