Wiki 94640 and Mask/Tubing

When billing an in office Nebulizer treatment. We are currently billing out 94640 with A7015 - Aerosol mask and A4616. We are getting denials all the time saying code A7015 is not a valid code and or the DX associated is not valid. How do others bill this out?
