Wiki 94640 & 94664

Good Afternoon,

Our office has been receiving denials from Sunshine when billing both 94640, 94664 -59, has anyone else gotten the same denial? Does anyone has any tips or guidelines about billing these two together? Please help! Thank you

I am not familiar with Sunshine but when we bill these codes together we bill 94640, 94664 -XU instead of 59 and receive payment.
