Hello - I'm having trouble understanding the LCD as far as which ICD-10 codes are allowed. Is it just E66.2, R06.02, R06.09, R06.2, R06.82, R06.89 or Z79.899. There is a long list of other codes but I don't know if those are applicable to 94618.

That's how I would interpret it.

There's a long list of Group 1 CPT codes and Group 1 Diagnosis Codes.

However, the paragraph at the top of the Group 1 Diagnosis Codes specifically states:

Which means that if you're billing 96418 alone, the listed diagnoses are the ones covered for it.

Hi - the "short list" that I mentioned above only, correct? E66.2, R06.02, R06.09, R06.2, R06.82, R06.89 or Z79.899. None from the Category I long list, correct?
